These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EditCanvas, a digital menu creation and management platform operated by Bytzo Inc. (“EditCanvas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using EditCanvas, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use EditCanvas. If you are using EditCanvas on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business.


2. Description of the Service

EditCanvas is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows restaurants and food businesses to:

  • Create, edit, and manage digital menus
  • Publish menus via shareable or live URLs
  • Display menus using QR codes, websites, or digital signage
  • Optionally connect and sync menu content with third-party platforms

EditCanvas provides tools for content management and display only. We do not guarantee visibility, rankings, approvals, or performance on third-party platforms.


3. Account Registration & Login

To access certain features, you must create an account.

Supported login methods may include:

  • Email-based authentication
  • Mobile number verification via one-time password (OTP)
  • Third-party authentication providers such as Google Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.


4. Third-Party Authentication

EditCanvas uses third-party authentication services such as Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In to securely verify user identities. EditCanvas does not store user passwords directly and relies on these providers to manage authentication in accordance with their own security and privacy policies.


5. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all menu content, text, images, prices, and business information you upload or create using EditCanvas (“User Content”).

By using the service, you grant EditCanvas a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on third-party rights.


6. Third-Party Integrations

EditCanvas may offer optional integrations with third-party services, including but not limited to Google Business Profile.

  • Integrations require explicit user authorization.
  • EditCanvas accesses or updates third-party data only upon user instruction.
  • Third-party platforms operate under their own terms and policies.
  • EditCanvas is not responsible for third-party service availability, changes, errors, or limitations.

7. Live Menu URLs & External Display

EditCanvas may provide live or shareable menu URLs that allow users to display menus on:

  • Websites
  • QR codes
  • Digital signage
  • Kiosks, tablets, or third-party display systems

You are solely responsible for how and where these URLs are used. EditCanvas does not control or guarantee the performance, compatibility, or availability of third-party hardware, software, or display platforms accessing these URLs.


8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use EditCanvas for illegal, misleading, or fraudulent purposes
  • Upload false or deceptive business information
  • Attempt to manipulate third-party platforms, reviews, or rankings
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


9. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of EditCanvas may require a paid subscription.

  • Pricing, billing cycles, and features are described on our website
  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • We may modify pricing with prior notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of service.


10. Data & Privacy

Your use of EditCanvas is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We primarily collect business-related data and authentication information necessary to provide the service. EditCanvas does not sell personal data.


11. Service Availability & Changes

EditCanvas is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the service or comply with legal or technical requirements.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EditCanvas and Bytzo Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Third-party service failures or changes
  • Display or compatibility issues with external platforms

Your use of the service is at your own risk.


13. Termination

You may stop using EditCanvas and delete your account at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create legal or security risks.


14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Bytzo Inc., without regard to conflict of law principles.
